Sterling Martin is an artist, writer, and designer living in Chicago, IL. He grew up drawing his favorite cartoon and comic book characters before pursuing a Theatre & Creative Writing education in college. After graduating, he spent several years performing sketch and improv comedy which eventually led him to a teaching job at Second City in Chicago. When his passion for theatre died down, he found his love for comics only grew stronger. In 2021 he started taking classes at the Comics Experience school to finally get serious about making his dreams of becoming a published comic book creator into reality.

Mateo Alayza
Artist
Mateo Alayza is an artist and game director based in Lima, Peru. He co-runs his art studio called Hermanos Magia' with his brother, working in all fields that concern image and design. He also works at the university teaching visual narrative and art direction. His last projects have won awards in London, Brasil, Korea, Japan, and the US, winning first place at the Independent Games Festival, and also in two Global Game Jam events.

Gabriel Alayza

Gabriel Alayza is an artist, art director and university professor at PUCP in Peru. He is also co-director of the Hermanos Magia studio, where he has worked in the field of design and illustration since 2010. His main field is graphic narrative arts. He has participated in various publications as well as private and collective exhibitions. He has also been awarded in the field of arts as well as in various editorial projects.

Tom Lynott

Tom Lynott lives in Arizona with his adorable wife, two boys, and a Corgi / Border-Collie mix named Ace. He took part in Comics Experience’s Introduction to Lettering Comics class in May 2021. He joined The Comic Jam, thecomicjam.com in August 2021. Since then he has been honing his lettering skills on any comic scripts and art he can get his hands onto.
